چکیده
Mycoplasma bovine mastitis is a highly contagious disease, usually associated with clinical cases refractory to antibiotic treatment. The aim of this study was the isolation species in cattle milk samples from dairy herds Chile. Bulk tank selected by convenience 91 Holstein Friesian located Los Rios (66) and Lagos (25), two most important Regions country, were collected. Additionally, 100 individual cows high incidence mastitis, therapy, negative bacteriological results for traditional pathogens, all BiobÃo Region received our diagnostic laboratory, included. All cultured 10 days on PPLO medium. differentiation suspect colonies between genus Acholeplasma performed digitonin test specific PCR. identification M. bovis PCR 16S rRNA sequencing. isolated 3 (3.3%) bulk 2 (2%) cow samples. identified as At level, one strain sample bovis. remaining strains bovigenitalium, while alkalescens. These show that not only present Chilean herds, but also other pathogenic previously described Chile such bovigenitalium alkalescens, which pose potential risk southern

Detection of Bovine Viral Diarrhea Virus Using a Nested RT-PCR Assay in Bulk Milk Samples of Dairy Cattle Herds in Suburb of Mashhad-Iran
Bovine viral diarrhoea virus (BVDV) is an important pathogen of dairy cattle. In this study, bulk milk samples representing a total of 4105 milking cows, from 18 dairy cattle herds in the suburb of Mashhad- Iran, were tested for presence of BVDV by the use of a nested reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction (Nested RT- PCR) assay. Non of the cows in the herds had been vaccinated against...

BACKGROUND: Q fever is a zoonotic disease caused byCoxiella burnetii, a species of bacteria that is distributedworldwide. In cattle, Coxiella burnetii infections are generallyasymptomatic but can also be associated with reproductivedisorders. OBJECTIVES: The aim of this study was to achievemolecular detection of Coxiella burnetii in dairy bovine milkfarms using Nested PCR in Qom province, Iran....

متن کاملHelicobacteraceae in Bulk Tank Milk of Dairy Herds from Northern Italy
Helicobacter pylori is responsible for gastritis and gastric adenocarcinoma in humans, but the routes of transmission of this bacterium have not been clearly defined. Few studies led to supposing that H. pylori could be transmitted through raw milk, and no one investigated the presence of other Helicobacteraceae in milk. In the current work, the presence of Helicobacteraceae was investigated in...
